The IP desktop intercom stations of the 12 NIB 001 series have been designed for indoor use in control rooms, measuring stations, or offices. They are operated at the INTRON-D plus communication and public address system from INDUSTRONIC. The compact plastic housing has a built-in microphone, speaker, LCD display, dial keypad, 4 function keys as well as 12 keys (e. g. for direct calls) with protective labels. Multi-color LEDs on the keys indicate different states. Depending on the type of application, the intercom stations can be placed on a desk or mounted to a wall. The housing with IP41 protects the built-in electronics against the ingress of solid objects and dripping water.
